Within the framework of the Presidency’s decision on the determination of the VAT rates to be applied to goods and services, published on February 14, the application of the VAT rate was extended to 1 percent on deliveries of containers and prefabricated of construction.
With the President’s decision published in today’s edition of the Official Gazette, it is established that the VAT rate, including assembly and installation, will be applied at 1 percent on container and prefabricated deliveries until the end of the year.
REDUCED TO 1 PERCENT
In the Presidency decision published on February 14, the application of 1 percent VAT was provided for the delivery of prefabricated structures and containers to the victims and to the institutions and organizations listed in the first paragraph of article 17 of the VAT Law. . , to be used in the provinces where the state of emergency was declared, until December 31.
