The Regulations of the Ministry amending the Regulations on Procedures and Principles for the Sale and Presentation of Tobacco Products and Alcoholic Beverages were published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
The regulation regulates the procedures and principles of all activities related to the promotion, sale, presentation and safe delivery of tobacco products and alcoholic beverages to final consumers.
THE MINISTRY WILL DECIDE TO POSTPONE
According to this rule, it is known that sellers who wish to continue their activities, regardless of the date of receipt of the sales documents or the extension process, must have the extension process from the beginning of January to the end of March. of the following year.
Pursuant to the provision recently incorporated into the regulation with the regulation, the Secretariat shall be empowered to extend said term determined for the extension with respect to the sale documents or to grant an additional term in cases of force majeure. (AA)
