AKP privatizes unbridled tribute auctions on paradise lands

AKP President and Chairman Recep Tayyip Erdoğan signed 6 more privatization decisions.

The resolutions approved by Erdogan, published in the Official Gazette, are the following:

PARADISE LAND FOR SALE IN BODRUM

15,373 square meters of real estate in Muğla Bodrum Geriş, registered with the Treasury of Finance, was sold to Vilesas Gayrimenkul İnşaat Petrol Sanayi for 181 million lira. Land sold to a real estate company through privatization is listed as “Heatland” in zoning records.

CHANGED ZONING PLAN IN THE GÖZDE NEIGHBORHOOD OF ISTANBUL

The 1/1000 Scale Implementation Zoning Plan Amendment, prepared by the Privatization Administration for the “Special Education Area and Transmission Line” use decisions, was approved by President Erdoğan.

TWO SEPARATE PLOTS FOR SALE IN SARIYER

9,120 square meters of real estate in Istanbul Sarıyer Gümüşdere Village, registered in the name of the Treasury, was sold to Zirvem Automotive for TL 26,250,000.

Again, 7 thousand 80 square meters of real estate belonging to the Treasury in Sarıyer Gümüşdere was sold to Eren Karamanlı for 24.5 million lira.

Ordu, which belongs to the Finance Treasury, was sold to Gölmak İnşaat for 57 million lira, along with the structures on 7,287 square meters of real estate on Thursday.

Objections made to zoning plan changes with respect to Development Housing area, Commercial Housing area, High School area, Middle School and Kindergarten, Municipal Service Area, Par, and Management Prepared Road were rejected. of Privatization on 3 parcels belonging to the Treasury in Tunceli Ovacık. The decision was approved by Erdogan.
