Diesel and fertilizer support will be paid in cash

The President’s Decision on diesel and fertilizer subsidies was published in the Official Gazette.

With the regulation, the “Decision on Agricultural Support to be Carried Out in 2022 and Support for the Use of Certified Seeds to be Implemented in 2023” was modified.

PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE IN CASH

Accordingly, fertilizer and diesel support payments for production year 2022 will be made in cash for farmers registered in the Farmer Registration System (ÇKS) in the provinces that were damaged due to the Kahramanmaraş-centered earthquake that occurred on February 6 and disaster areas were declared.

SUNFLOWER OIL DIFFERENCE PAYMENT SUPPORT INCREASES

With the decision, changes were made to watershed-based difference payment support. In this context, the support in question was increased from 110 kurus to 160 kurus per kilogram for seedless cotton, and from 50 kurus to 70 kurus for oil sunflower.
