The contractor of the destroyed residence in Hatay was caught trying to escape outside

Mehmet Yaşar Coşkun, one of the contractors for the 250-story Rönesans Residence, which was destroyed in Antakya in the great earthquake that struck Turkey, was caught in Istanbul while trying to escape abroad.

It was learned that Coşkun tried to withdraw a large amount of money from banks in Istanbul today before going to the airport to escape.

Sources who spoke to Sozcu.com.tr learned that Coşkun’s attempts to withdraw money from his bank accounts throughout the day aroused suspicion, and bank staff passed on his suspicions to higher authorities.

Renaissance Residence, known as one of the most luxurious buildings in Hatay and completed by Antis Yapı in 2012, was completely destroyed by the earthquake.

It was learned that the company, which has built 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 apartments in different sizes from 44 square meters to 174 square meters, has built more than a thousand residences so far.
