TMB asks its partners to “direct the construction machinery to the earthquake zone”

In the TMB statement, it was stated that it is important to reach the citizens who were under the rubble within 48 hours after the 7.7 and 7.6 earthquakes, whose epicenter was Pazarcık and Elbistan in Kahramanmaraş and which they affected 10 provinces in total. .

‘COORDINATION WILL BE PROVIDED’

In this context, in the statement in which it was reported that the members of the Union were summoned for possible needs, it was indicated that coordination will be guaranteed to quickly meet the demands such as construction equipment received from the competent authorities.

“We express our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the earthquake and wish a speedy recovery to those injured. We send our best wishes to all of Turkey. We all know that reaching people who are in a difficult situation and trying to sustain life in such disasters, within the first 48 hours, is of particular importance.

This time, considering the current severe winter conditions, the race against time becomes even more important. After the earthquake, we made an appeal to our members about possible needs.

Taking into account the efforts and intense support of TMB members in this kind of disaster to date, our members, who have activities especially in the cities that suffered from the earthquake or in the nearby regions, should first arrange a meeting according to With the requests of the competent authorities and in coordination with the competent authorities in order to support the removal of debris from the current earthquake, it is considered that providing support to machines/equipment in a way that contributes to the elimination of this negative picture to brevity.” (AA)
