Notable job change at CMB

Nizamettin Plane, Head of the Corporate Finance Department of the Capital Markets Board (CMB), was sacked and Kürşad Sait Babuçcu was appointed in his place.

In addition to the strong fluctuations in the stock market, the CMB was changed, which was criticized for the grievances experienced in the public offerings. The dismissals and appointments were announced in a circular by WBC President İbrahim Ömer Öngül.

According to this; The Head of the Associations Finance Department, Nizamettin Airplane, was sacked with a circular issued.

NEW ASSIGNMENTS

Kürşad Sait Babuçcu has been appointed Head of the Association’s Finance Department, replacing Nizamettin Aircraft, which has held this position since July 2019. Serpil Yaşar, Mustafa Eken and Müge Taşcı were appointed Vice Presidents.

The Corporate Finance Department is in charge of regulating and approving public offering operations and issuance of capital market instruments, and controlling stocks of securities.
