United Metal-İş Union: An agreement was reached with Schneider Energy as a result of the meeting held today
Workers working in 11 factories that are members of the Metal Industrialists Union of Turkey (MESS) demanded a further increase in group bargaining negotiations in the unions of which they are members. Members of the United Metalworkers Union, who started warning actions on January 4, went on strike on January 23 after their demands were not met.
DETAILS OF THE DEAL ANNOUNCED
United Metal-İş Union announced that a consensus was reached at Schneider Energy, where the conflict took place. The announcement made on the social media account of the United Metal Workers Union is as follows:

Green Transfo Energy Turkey Enerji Endüstrisi San. see tick Cª (formerly Schneider Energy) and an agreement was reached as a result of the meeting held today (January 24, 2023). The agreement is as follows:
* First 6 months: In addition to the 46.3 percent rate, hourly wages will increase by 20 TL on August 31.
* Second 6 months: There will be an 18 percent increase in hourly wages on February 28, 2023. However, if the inflation rate for the last six months in March exceeds 18 percent, all excess will be reflected in wages on February 28.
* Third 6 months: 5.04 TL will be added to the hourly wage in addition to the 6-month inflation rate. Fourth 6 months: There will be an increase in the 6-month inflation rate. Social rights will increase by 100 percent annually.
* There will be a 120 percent increase for the Eid al-Adha allowance. Aside from these rights, several workplace-specific benefits have been realized.
