New unit for the Ministry’s site management legislation
A new unit was created by the Ministry of the Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change to carry out the legislative work on the companies that provide site management services subject to the Real Estate Law, within the scope of the General Directorate of Professional services.
According to the written statement made by the Ministry, the name of the Subdirectorate of Housing Policies, which operates under the Department of Construction Cooperatives in the General Directorate of Professional Services, was changed to “Subdirectorate of Housing Policies and Housing Administration Services”.
