Applications for the My New Home Campaign began

The campaign aims to enable middle-income citizens to buy their first home in 81 provinces with a maturity structure much more appropriate to market conditions.
WHO CAN APPLY?
Citizens who want to own a house from Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya, Mersin, Muğla will be required to reside in that city in the past year.
People who will benefit from financial support must not have a home. Rural houses and timeshare properties will not be evaluated within the scope of this criterion. If the household (including spouse and children under age 18) has at least 1 deed of 50 percent or more, or if there is more than one deed in the household, regardless of share ratio , the program will not be eligible.
With the financing model in question, individuals will be able to own houses in 81 provinces, houses that have been completed and continue at a certain rate, and new projects that have signed a guarantee agreement with banks.
Those who want to benefit from the program must not have sold a house in the last year. The purchased house will not be sold for 5 years, the new house will be a one-year residency requirement. Any citizen of the Republic of Turkey, over the age of 18, who is considered suitable for obtaining a loan from banks, will be able to benefit from the campaign.
INTEREST RATES BETWEEN 0.69 AND 0.99 PERCENT
With this financing model, it is intended that the 100,000 families have first-hand their new homes. The campaign will offer a maturity of 15 years, a 10 percent down payment, a fee of no more than 30 percent of household income, and payment convenience for the first 3 years.
The Treasury quota contribution will be recovered by adding the quotas within the last 8 years of the loan term, once the support period has ended. 5 percent of the project cost will be received in cash from the home manufacturer as a contribution in installments during the first year of the loan.
The financing amount will be 0.69 up to 2 million liras, 0.79 from 2 to 4 million liras and 0.99 interest/profit sharing between 4 and 5 million liras, with a maturity of 15 years . The amount of 5 percent of the sale price of the home will be reflected in the payment plan as a contribution from the contractor up to the first maximum of the 3rd year.
HOW TO MAKE APPLICATIONS?
Within the scope of the process that began today, housing producers will advertise housing projects that meet the criteria on their website. Those who want to buy a house will find the apartment and request it from financial institutions.
The financial entity will monitor compliance with the criteria of both the project and the person. Will assign credit for eligible projects. Individuals will be subject to solvency criteria within the framework of current banking practices.
