With the accepted invoice; The lower limit of pensions is increased from 3,500 TL to 5,500 TL. Its goal is to increase disability, old age and death pensions by 30 percent. With the proposed law; In accordance with the provisions of the Collective Agreement of the Sixth Duration for the years 2022 and 2023 in relation to the economic and social rights of public servants in general and their branches of service, the rate of increase, including the difference in inflation , in the wages and salaries of public servants for the period between January 2023 and June 30, 2023, is regulated by 30 percent in order to increase the level of well-being of retirees. In this context; An increase of 30 percent is expected in civil servants and pensions.
