On this occasion, the Assembly again went out to tender by reducing the number of vehicles and the characteristics of the vehicles. He stopped leasing two 200 and 150 hp vehicles. He rented 18 cars with 120 horsepower. The number of minibuses, which was 8, was also reduced to 5.
