TURKSTAT job change announcement
The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) made a statement on the news about the dismissal of the Head of the Department of National Accounts.

In line with this need, rotation was carried out among the Agency’s statistics-producing departments. In this context, the Head of the Department of National Accounts, which calculates national income, has been appointed to the Department of International Trade Statistics, where very important studies are carried out, such as the review of tourism income. statements were included.

“There is no dismissal as claimed or change of position due to the growth figures. Necessary measures will be taken, including legal remedies, on slander and lies and efforts to create a negative perception in the public, through the administrative savings of TurkStat, which is a well-established institution.
