30% increase from Starbucks
Starbucks, one of the big coffee chains, has increased the prices of its coffee starting today.
While the increase was on the agenda on social media, a company official who spoke to sozcu.com.tr confirmed the increase.
Consequently, Starbucks products have increased by 30 percent.
FILTER COFFEE RISES TO 41 LIRA
With this increase, the price of small size filter coffee increased to 32 lira, while the price of medium size filter coffee increased to 36 lira and large size to 41 lira.
Small size Mocha prices increased to 53 lira, and large size Mocha prices increased to 67 lira.
While the small size of the Hot Chocolate product increased to 48 lire, the large size increased to 60 lire.
COMPETE WITH BEER PRICES
On the other hand, it was striking that some Starbucks coffees competed with the prices of beer.
The price of the cheapest beer increased from 22 TL to 33 TL after the increase in beer prices in the range of 35-50 percent yesterday.
While some types of beer increased from 28 lira to 38 lira, one type of beer increased from 30 lira to 45 lira.
