Communiqué from the Ministry of Finance (Revenue Administration) Modifying the General Communiqué for the Implementation of the List of the Tax on Special Consumption (II) (series no.: 11), General Communiqué on the Special Communications Tax (series no. : 21) and General Communication of the Tax on Motor Vehicles (serial number: 55) was published in the Official Gazette in the duplicate number of today.
Consequently, the exemption limit of the Special Consumption Tax (SCT) was increased from 450 thousand 500 liras to 1 million 4 thousand 200 liras in the purchase of vehicles of citizens with disabilities.
On the other hand, the fixed tax levied on the first facility of the mobile telephone subscription increased by 122.93, which is the revaluation rate, up to 260 liras.
According to the General Communication on the Tax on Motor Vehicles, the revaluation rate, which was set at 122.93 percent for 2022, was set at 61.5 percent to be applied in determining the amounts of the Tax on Motor Vehicles for 2023 with Presidential Decision. (AA)
