Determine fines for those who do not comply with the energy efficiency law
The administrative fines determined in the energy efficiency law for 2023 have increased by 122.93 percent.
The statement from the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources on the subject was published in today’s edition of the Official Gazette.
The administrative fines to be imposed in case of violating the provisions of the regulation determined in the energy efficiency law have increased according to the revaluation rate of 2022 (122.93).
Consequently, the administrative fines to be applied will vary between 5,628 liras and 566,670 liras.
10-YEAR LEASE TENDER
On the other hand, the 10-year lease tender for the construction/installation revenue sharing model of the Kahramanmaraş Onikisubat Municipality Solar Power Plant was published in the Official Gazette.
The tender will take place on Monday, January 11 at 2:20 p.m. in the Onikisubat municipality’s tender meeting room. (AA)
