WHEN WAS THE FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAM PAID?

Payments for the Family Support Program are made centrally within the framework of monthly payment lists. Payments to beneficiary households begin in the month containing the date of the Board of Trustees’ decision on the entitlement, with the first payment being made in the following month. The last payment period of the Family Support Program, which will be implemented in the 12-month period between June 2022 and May 2023, will be paid in May 2023 and the program will end the following June.

The Minister of Family and Social Services, Derya Yanık, in a program that participated in the CNNTürk channel, said: “Will the family support package payments be paid before New Year’s Eve, not on January 8?” to the question, “Let’s get to work right away. Additionally, the applicant; If there are convicts or detainees in prisons and detention houses, students staying in student residences, people living in reception institutions such as orphanages, and soldiers with private/non-commissioned officer status performing their mandatory military service, these people are excluded. of the scope of the program, as applications cannot be evaluated under the household approach.
