Yalçın said the following in his statement after the meeting:

Once again we share our basic approaches on the staffing situation in all contracted institutions. We convey expectations regarding contracts for administrative services, teacher trainers, and those who teach in exchange for additional lessons.

* Therefore, workers who perform official work are waiting for officials. We had the opportunity to express our basic ideas about not producing victimization at the time of retirement and pension of the personnel that was assigned to the staff. In this sense, we express our satisfaction with the issue of the regulation of additional indicators, as an important regulation that concerns the public more than 5 million 300 thousand.

* As public officials, we are uneasy with the tax bases. Because the salary we receive is receding to one side. In other words, there is a position, so to speak, as if we return with the ladle that we take with the spoon. In recent months, public servants have been losing their salary due to tax bases here. In this sense, we have transferred the issue of setting the tax at 15 percent and raising the tax bases in this regard.

* We express the economic situation and difficulties that public officials are experiencing and that the amount of income, especially in large cities, has become a nightmare for public servants; We all know that seasonal expenses, mandatory expenses, fixed values ​​are crooked. The officer has started to run away from big cities, he is seriously pushing it. That is why we expressed our need to increase the salaries of officials and set out our expectations in this regard.

“AN ADDITIONAL INCREASE HAS BEEN REQUIRED”

* The bar for minimum wage regulation is clear. This array also shows that the field has been read and seen. This should also be seen from the point of view of public officials. Because the same conditions apply to public officials. We have taken the lowest salary of civil servants to an important stage with the last collective agreement, but with the economic indicators, the loss of purchasing power and the dimension of inflation, this is now behind and 8 thousand 39 TL is the lowest salary of the officials. We’ve laid out our basic approach to get this back as soon as possible and do the minimum wage improvement the same way here.

* That is why we went to the collective agreement based on expectations. Therefore, the results were even higher than the expectations survey. In this month of January it has become a necessity to carry out an additional increase along with the increase that will be reflected in the inflation difference. A further increase was necessary. The labels have also changed after the improvement of the minimum wage. Minister Bilgin said that they will determine this issue after inflation in December.
