Investigation of 3 fire safety companies by the Competition Board
According to the announcement on the website of the Competition Authority, Mavili Elektronik Tic. and san AŞ, to determine the resale prices of spare parts and finished products, to restrict the region and the customer, Mavili Elektronik Tic. and san Inc., Filiz Security Systems Project Industry and Trade Inc. and Yıldız Fire Extinching Systems San. Comercio A.Ş., by entering into a customer sharing agreement, concluded the preliminary investigation into the allegations that they violated the Competition Law.
Discussing the information, documents and findings obtained in the preliminary investigation, the Board considered that the findings were serious and sufficient and decided to open an investigation against the companies in question.
