Statement from Minister Nabati on the claim of the ‘minimum wage tax’
Treasury and Finance Minister Nebati responded to CHP President Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu’s words about the minimum wage on his social media account.
Minister Nabati used the following statements in his post:
* Mr. Kılıçdaroğlu, your consultants who connect remotely to your state-of-the-art (!) meetings are obviously unaware of the practices in our country. You said: ‘We don’t think it’s right that the minimum wage should be taxed.’
* It will be almost 1 year since we excluded the minimum wage from taxes! On the other hand, when the works in the field of EYT, which are meticulously carried out by our Ministry and in coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, are completed, our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, will make detailed statements to our nation. .
* While you make unanswerable statements, we continue to produce solutions working around the clock to not make any of our citizens a victim. (AA)
