It was indicated that the bill on EYT regulation will not be able to be discussed in December due to the 2023 budget schedule. The proposal is expected to be submitted to Parliament in January.

Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labor and Social Security, made remarks during budget discussions in the General Assembly of Parliament in recent days. The reason for the failure of the EYT study was revealed with the minister’s statements the other day.

Since SGK records prior to 1999 were not available on digital media, officers had to scan the files one by one. Minister Vedat Bilgin announced that some documents were lost.
