EYT and KGF statement by Minister Nabati
Nureddin Nebati, Minister of Treasury and Finance, spoke about the support that will be given to the employer for the Elderly in Retirement (EYT).
Ministry of Labor and Social Security on EYT Recalling that the Ministry of Finance carries out studies, Nebati said: “In this context, our Ministry of Finance has started preparations for a loan package in which our employers will be able to deal with severance pay. . it carries the KGF guarantee backed by the Treasury with appropriate financing conditions”.

On the other hand, TİSK President Özgür Burak Akkol, who met yesterday with Vedat Bilgin, Minister of Labour, announced that two employer demands regarding EYT have been accepted.
Stating that they have submitted 3 proposals to the ministry on EYT, Akkol said, “The SSI premium difference between retirees and employees will be eliminated. In addition, the employer will be granted credit support for severance pay. We received the good news from our minister,” he said.
