Istanbul November inflation has been announced
The Istanbul Chamber of Commerce (ITO) published the November 2022 Retail and Wholesale Price Indices.
Consequently, in November, compared to the same month of the previous year, the Istanbul Salary Wages Index increased by 105.55 percent and the Wholesale Price Index increased by 95.72 percent.

The Istanbul Means of Wage Wage Index broke a record with 108.7 percent. Thus, inflation in Istanbul fell from its peak in November.
In November, the Istanbul Means-of-Living Wage Index, which is an indicator of retail price movements, increased by 3.10% compared to the previous month, while the Wholesale Price Index, which reflects movements of wholesale prices, increased by 2.34%.
PRODUCT GROUPS WITH HIGHEST PRICES IN NOVEMBER
In November 2022, in retail prices compared to the previous month; 5.31 percent in Expenses in Household Items, 4.52 percent in Expenses in Food, 3.84 percent in Expenses in Health and Personal Care, 1.53 percent in Expenses in Culture, Education and Entertainment, 0.88 percent in Expenses in Housing, A 0.82 percent increase in Clothing Expenses, 0.71 percent in other expenses, and 0.14 percent in the Transportation and Communications Expenses group.
In November 2022, in wholesale prices compared to the previous month; An increase of 4.77 percent in the Textile Group, 3.72 percent in the Raw Materials Group, 3.31 percent in the Chemicals Group, 2.93 percent in the Food Group, 0.73 percent in the Fuels and Construction Materials Group and 0.06 percent in the Energy Substances Group. In the Mines Group a decrease of -1.83 percent was observed.
