Economic Coordination Board summoned
The Economic Coordination Board (EKK) met under the chairmanship of Vice President Fuat Oktay.
A statement was made after the meeting at the General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works.
In the statement, it was stated that on the axis of recent national and international developments, the meeting discussed current prospects and expectations regarding the Turkish economy, and also made assessments regarding the budget.
The statement indicated that the meeting discussed the projections for the next period on the public finance side, discussed the current situation in terms of food security and highlighted the studies and projects carried out in this context.
DECISIONS MADE AT PREVIOUS MEETINGS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED
The meeting pointed out that the possibilities of cooperation in the field of agriculture that can be developed at the international level were also discussed, and it was indicated that the progress of the decisions made in previous meetings and the points of view on additional steps to be taken were evaluated.
