In accordance with the paragraph added to article 20 of the Communiqué that determines the credit conditions for traditional (generalized) vegetable production, in all reduced interest loans granted under this production title; The 100,000 TL to 200,000 TL portion of commercial loans with a discount rate of 100% up to TL 200,000 can only be used for the purchase of diesel and fertilizers.
