The deadline for support for aquaculture is December 23.
The “Communiqué of Support for Aquaculture” of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry entered into force when it was published in the Official Gazette, effective as of January 1, 2022.
The Communiqué addresses issues related to aquaculture support that will be made to breeders registered in the Fisheries Information System (SUBIS) that have an aquaculture certificate approved by the Ministry.
Consequently, the species included in the scope of the product aid for aquaculture aid, trout, carp, mussels and new species (sturgeon, turbot, fangri, coral, synagrite, sea bass, sea bream, minekop, amhen, sargoz, murmur, yellowmouth, yellowtail, trance, catfish, chabut, blackfish, eel, tilapia, crayfish, shrimp, leech, Black Sea trout, redspotted trout).
Breeders who wish to receive support must submit the requested documents through the provincial/district address where the kennel is located, until the end of December 23 at the latest.
December sales papers or vintage determination records from breeders who applied before the deadline may be submitted no later than January 6, 2023.
The payment of the support will be made directly to the organized producers who will benefit from the support, provided they are members of the central unions and present the document proving their affiliation at the time of the request.
The documents for which the support payment has been made will be kept by the corresponding units for 5 years to be presented when requested.
Since the alimony payments made within the scope of the decision are public resources, encumbrance, execution, assignment and similar operations will not be carried out before they are transferred to the right holder’s account.
LIVESTOCK SUPPORT WILL BE FOUND FROM
The necessary resources for the supports will be covered with the item assigned for the year 2023 in order to support livestock in the budget.
Public institutions and bodies may not benefit from support within the scope of the statement.
On the other hand, the “Communiqué of Support for the Breeding of Trout in Trout Hatcheries in the Field of Aquaculture” was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force as of January 1, 2022.
In this context, producers who want to benefit from this support can submit their application to the provincial office where the company is located until December 30. (AA)
