TOKİ Social Housing Draw Dates Announced
The Minister of the Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Murat Kurum, announced the provinces and the dates for the first draw for the houses of the social housing project.
The institution said that the first batches will start on Monday, November 7, in Şırnak and Ardahan provinces.
THE TOKİ DRAW IS FROM NOVEMBER 7 TO 16
The institution spoke at the Opening Ceremony of the Urban Transformation Project in the Okmeydanı District of the Beyoğlu District of Istanbul.
“We will raffle 22,057 residences in 12 provinces between November 7 and 16, including 5 provinces in our Southeastern Anatolia Region and 7 provinces in our Eastern Anatolia Region,” the institution continued as follows:
“Our drawings can be followed in the presence of a notary public, transparently and live, on official TOKİ social media accounts.
Hopefully, we will complete all of our drawings by March 2023. Hopefully, we will hand over all of our houses, residential land, and workplaces to our citizens within 2 years.
