How local and national is TOGG? Mustafa Varank explained

DOMESTIC REASONS

Tarhan said: “The Ford pickup, which is 88 per cent domestic, has been on the road for years, why not take care of it? Hyundai’s domesticity rate has reached 66 percent, while Fiat’s has reached 58 percent. Toyota’s locality rate is 55 percent, while TOGG is around 45-50 percent local. Honda, which has produced in our country since 1977, left last year. Volkswagen stopped investing, you didn’t own it,” he said.

Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank said: “TOGG is an exceptional project that has the potential to radically transform the automotive industry and the supply industry. 86 of TOGG’s 115 suppliers are domestic. Intellectual property rights give us belong to 100 percent.
