Israel is on alert on the border with Lebanon
Israeli army spokesman Daniel Hagari, in his statement ahead of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah’s speech today in Lebanon, said the Israeli army is on “high alert” in the north of the country.
In his statement, Hagari affirmed that the Israeli military is prepared to respond to attacks on all fronts. Stating that they are prepared on the northern front, Hagari said: “Iran is encouraging proxy forces against Israel, we will retaliate against all kinds of threats from all fronts. “There is also maximum alert in the north,” he said.
Hezbollah Secretary General Nasrallah is expected to give a television address for the first time since October 7. The main agenda of Nasrallah’s speech is expected to be Israel’s attacks on the blockaded Gaza Strip and for Hezbollah to give clues about its stance on the matter. (AA)
