Israeli soldiers kill 2 children in West Bank

Three Palestinians, including two children, were killed in raids carried out by Israeli soldiers in several cities in the occupied West Bank.

In a written statement from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, it was stated that 14-year-old Eyhem Mahmud al-Shafi lost his life as a result of fire opened by Israeli forces in the West Bank city of Qalqilya. Two Palestinians were reported injured in the attack by Israeli soldiers in Qalqilya.

In the ministry’s statement, it was also stated that Palestinian Qusay Mezyun Karan, 19, in the city of Al-Bire, and Hamdan Amr Hamdan, 14, in Nablus, were killed by bullets by Israeli soldiers.

The number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces and Jewish settlers in the occupied West Bank since October 7 has risen to 133.

AN ISRAELI SOLDIER DIES

Meanwhile, an Israeli soldier was reported killed in an armed attack in the West Bank.

In a written statement from the Israeli military, it was stated that a gunman was attacked in a vehicle near Einav, an illegal Jewish settlement in the West Bank. The Israeli emergency aid service Magen David Adom and local sources reported that an Israeli soldier in his 30s who was in the vehicle was killed in the attack. (AA)
