Israel: we shoot down the missile fired from the Red Sea
The Israeli army announced that a missile fired from the Red Sea region towards Israeli territory was destroyed in the air by the defense system.
The Israeli army statement states that a surface-to-surface missile was fired from the Red Sea towards Israel. It was claimed that the missile in question was destroyed by the Israeli air defense system.
The statement also notes that after an “air threat” was detected in the Red Sea, fighter jets took off and the target in question was destroyed before it reached Israel’s borders.
Although the Israeli military did not provide information on where or who fired the missile in question, local media reported that the Iranian-backed Houthis in Yemen were behind the attack.
MURDER OF HAMAS COMMANDER
