The attacker who covered Brussels in blood dies
The effects of the attack’s impact are still being felt in Brussels. Yesterday, around 7:15 p.m. local time in Brussels, a person in an orange coat arrived on his motorcycle and opened fire at random in a street near Place Sainctelette, boulevards d’Ypres and Ninieme de Ligne.
Although two people lost their lives in the attack, it was revealed that they were two Swedish fans who were in the city for the national match. After the incident, Brussels was alerted and a manhunt for the attacker began.

Belgian media announced that the attacker was Abdesalem Lassoued, 45, and had links to ISIS. Today, international news agencies announced that Lassoued, who killed two Swedes and wounded a third person, was shot dead in a cafe in the Schaerbeek neighborhood.
Although the Belgian authorities did not make an official statement, they announced that investigations are continuing to determine whether the murdered man was the author of the attack.
