Hamas announces the number of hostages held

As conflicts between Israel and the Palestinian region continue into their tenth day, Hamas made an important statement regarding the hostages.

Announcing that the number of hostages they are holding is “between 200 and 250,” Hamas’s armed wing, the Izzeddin al-Qassam Brigades, stated that “the hostages were treated legally.”

“WE WILL RELEASE THEM”

The Hamas statement said: “There are prisoners from other nations. “We will release them when conditions allow,” he said.

22 DIED

Claiming that 22 of the prisoners lost their lives in Israel’s attacks on Gaza, Hamas claimed that the last prisoner to lose his life in the attacks was Tel Aviv artist Guy Olives.

Hamas also warned against “other countries joining” the ongoing war with Israel.

CAPTURED WOMAN: GET US OUT OF HERE

On the other hand, in the video published by the military media of the Qassam Brigades, Qassam elements are seen treating a 21-year-old Israeli prisoner.

The video captured the moments in which Qassam elements dressed and bandaged the woman, who had undergone surgery on her right arm.

The captive said in the video that she was at a party in the city of Sderot on Saturday (the day Qassam Brigades elements infiltrated Jewish settlements on the Gaza border) and was seriously injured in the arm.

The prisoner, who said she was taken to Gaza by Qassam elements and subjected to an operation that lasted three hours, said: “They treated me, they took care of me, they gave me medicine. “Everything is fine,” she said.

The prisoner claimed that she wanted to return to her family and said: “Please get us out of here as soon as possible.” (AA-REUTERS)
