7 journalists were murdered
The Israeli army’s conflict with Hamas and Palestinian groups continues after the attacks launched by Hamas on October 7.
As the current conflict between Israel and Hamas enters its fourth day,
It was claimed that 7 journalists lost their lives in the airstrike carried out by Israeli warplanes in Gaza.
In the statement from the government press office in Gaza, the names of the dead journalists were Said al-Tavil, Muhammad Subh, Hisham en-Nawacihe, Ibrahim Lafi, Muhammad Jarghun, Muhammad es-Salihi, Esad Shamlah, while Nidal al-Wahidi and Haytham Abdulvahid were reported missing. Conflict between Israel and Palestine
Hamas’s armed wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, launched a comprehensive attack against Israel on the morning of October 7, called the “Aqsa Flood.”
As thousands of rockets were fired from Gaza into Israel, Palestinian armed groups attacked and seized the Beit Hanun-Erez border gate on the Gaza-Israel border.
Armed groups then entered settlements inside Israel from here and the Israeli army launched an attack on the Gaza Strip with dozens of fighter jets.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that 770 people were killed and approximately 4,000 people were injured in Gaza during the Israeli attacks. In the West Bank, 18 people were reported killed and approximately 100 injured in attacks by Israeli soldiers.
The statement issued by the Israeli Foreign Ministry states that at least 900 Israelis were killed and 2,616 people were injured, 157 of them seriously, in the attacks carried out from Gaza.
