Prosecutor interrogated the president of the United States

US President Joe Biden was reportedly questioned by special counsel Robert Hur over the presence of secret documents in his home and office from his time as vice president.

In a written statement from the White House, it is stated that Biden “voluntarily participated in the interrogation” at the White House for two days, Sunday and Monday, as part of the investigation carried out by special counsel Robert Hur.

The statement affirmed that the White House and Biden cooperated to ensure the smooth progress of the investigation and emphasized that necessary information updates were made to maintain the transparency and integrity of the investigation.

BIDEN SAID ‘I’M SURPRISED’

Richard Sauber, one of Biden’s advisers, said in a statement on January 9 that “a small number of documents containing classified information” were found in the president’s personal office at the Penn Biden Center on November 2, 2022, during his vice presidency.

Stating that the documents were found in a “locked cabinet,” Sauber claimed that Biden’s personal lawyers contacted the White House and state national archives institutions as soon as the documents were found. On January 22, it was revealed that new “secret documents” were found in the garage of the president’s Delaware home.

Biden said he was “shocked” when he heard that secret documents had been released from his office and noted that he was not aware of the contents of the documents.

Biden’s summer home in Rehoboth Beach was also searched, but no secret documents were found.

Before Biden, the discovery of secret documents during the search by FBI agents at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago mansion in Palm Beach on August 8, 2022 was long discussed in the country, with Biden saying: “How could anyone be so irresponsible?” He criticized Trump saying.
