Details of the terrible murder revealed: This is how the Turk killed his academic wife
England talks about Ertan Ersoy, who stabbed his wife, the academic Antonella Castelvedere, to death in June last year… Ersoy and witnesses appeared before the judge yesterday after last year’s murder.
Residents of Ersoy and Castelvedere in Essex also testified. “He told me, ‘I think I killed my wife,'” said Tanja Munro, the couple’s neighbor. “At that point, he was facing the kitchen and looking at the floor,” she said.
Antonella Castelvedere, 52, died at the scene and Ersoy denied the allegations and said he did not commit murder. Ersoy admitted the crime of involuntary manslaughter. Munro, who witnessed what happened immediately after the murder, said: “The shirt he was wearing was covered in blood. The kitchen door was not fully open, but it was obvious that someone was lying on the floor. “Ersoy was also out of breath, as if she was in pain,” he said.
HE ENTERED A CRISIS OF JEALOUSY
Testifying in court, Munro said: “Ersoy told me he was wounded in the abdomen, but there was no blood flowing from his abdomen.” Monro also said he tried to help Castelvedere by entering the house but was unsuccessful. “When I went to help, Castelvedere was clean and I couldn’t understand where all that blood was coming from,” Monro said. “But then I saw the cut on his neck,” he said.
The court also announced that Ersoy stabbed Castelvedere 15 times in the face, chest, neck and hands. It was also revealed that Ersoy had a jealousy crisis and thought that Castelvedere was cheating on him.
THE WOUND IS 7 CENTIMETERS DEEP
Prosecutor Christopher Paxton also said: “There were 15 different cuts and wounds on Castelvedere’s body. The scar on his neck measured 15 centimeters long and 7 centimeters deep. “As a result of this injury, severe blood loss and death occurred,” he said.
Dr. teaches English and creative writing at Suffolk University. The British media also shared the details of the discussion between Castelvedere and Ersoy.
It was recorded that Ersoy had hidden a camera system in the house and that Ersoy was expecting an apology from his wife for an affair Castelvedere had had before the couple met. Before Castelvedere’s death, he told his friends: “He has fallen into darkness again. It was also recorded that he warned: “I am concerned for my safety.”
It was also reported that the couple had a 5-year-old daughter and it was decided that the case would continue.
