Azerbaijan: Armenian forces will move from Karabakh to Armenia

Azerbaijan’s Interior Ministry announced that Armenian armed forces personnel who were disarmed and discharged in Karabakh will be granted access to their country.

The Ministry’s statement states that, according to the agreement reached on September 20, disarmed and demobilized personnel of the Armenian armed forces will be able to pass from the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan to Armenia through Khankendi-Lachin and Kalbajar. -Basargecher routes. The Azerbaijani army launched a counter-terrorism operation in Karabakh on September 19 to restore constitutional order.
