Mummified ‘alien corpses’ caused a crisis
The “alien corpses”, which were displayed in the Mexican Congress last week and caused great controversy in the scientific world, created a crisis between South American countries.
Two mummified bodies found in Peru and supposedly belonging to 1,000-year-old aliens were shown to the world in a glass case at an event attended by scientists. UFO expert Jaime Maussan, who found two small corpses that, according to DNA analysis, were not supposed to be human, said: “These remains are not part of our evolutionary process.”
As discussions continued, Peru announced that it had launched an investigation into the claim that the bodies were smuggled out of the country. The Peruvian Minister of Culture, Leslie Urteaga, said that an investigation will be carried out into how the two bodies were taken out of the country.
REACTION OF SCIENTISTS
Maussan denied the accusation of having illegally removed the bodies from Peru. The 70-year-old UFO expert described the mummies he brought back from the region of Peru, where mysterious hieroglyphs were found, as “one of the most important discoveries in human history.”
Maussan had previously analyzed five three-fingered mummies found in Peru and described them as “aliens”, but it turned out that they belonged to a child.
The Peruvian scientists emphasized that similar claims have been made before and have been refuted, but people continue to believe them.
