The initiative called “Zero Tolerance”, which aims to combat discrimination against people with disabilities, requested in its application to the Piraeus Prosecutor’s Office to investigate whether there was an element of racism against people with disabilities in the incident. The initiative’s statement stated that Karyotis’ mental disability also played a role in the incident.
