Zelensky: Crimea is Ukraine

The President of Ukraine, Zelenskiy, gave a press conference after the III Summit of the Crimean Platform, which was held in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine, with the participation of more than 60 countries and international organizations.

Speaking at the meeting, Zelenskiy stated that Western partners support Ukraine and that it is interacting with US President Joe Biden, the European Union (EU) and the leaders of countries on other continents.

Zelenskiy affirmed that in these meetings topics such as the “peace formula”, the shipment of arms and the strengthening of air defense systems were discussed, and that a clear agreement was reached with Denmark on 19 F-16 aircraft and the delivery of these aircraft would take place. In several stages, for which the pilots would go through the necessary training process, they shared the information that the necessary infrastructure will be built.

“OUR SOLDIERS ARE WALKING”

Zelensky stated that the Ukrainian army needs military equipment: “The situation on the southern front is not easy. It is mined everywhere. Our soldiers are advancing on foot so as not to lose the armored vehicles, which are few. If we had enough stock, we could take a chance.” he said.

Assessing the possibility of Ukraine giving up Russian-annexed lands, including Crimea, to become a NATO member, Zelenskiy asserted that Crimea is Ukrainian territory, saying: “Crimea is Ukraine. We are fighting for Crimea and all other temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories. We will not exchange our lands for being members of any union”. he used his statements. (AA)
