Biden went back to sleep

Images showing US President Biden sleeping during a ceremony held in memory of those who died in the wildfires in the Maui region found wide coverage on social media.

The time difference between Washington and Hawaii and the images of Biden, who succumbed to the exhaustion of the long trip, received millions of views and comments on social networks.

Some users of the X social media platform, formerly known as Twitter, shared that it was “embarrassing” for the country that Biden fell asleep at such an important meeting.

On the other hand, some users argued that it was normal for Biden, 80, to take a “nap” in the program he attended after such a long and exhausting trip.

Biden was on the agenda when he stumbled, waved with space and fell off his bike getting off the podium, where he had spoken earlier. (AA)
