Germany said “change”: survey results drew attention

Germany said “change”: 64 percent of those who want the government to leave

In the survey carried out by the research company Insa for the newspaper “Bild am Sonntag”, “Do you think that a change of government would benefit Germany?” 64 percent of the participants answered the question in the affirmative.

Only 22 percent of those polled wanted the government to stay in office.

The rate of those who were satisfied with the work of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz fell 10 points from the previous month.

In the survey, 70 percent of the respondents answered negatively when asked if they were satisfied with the work of Prime Minister Scholz.

49 percent of those surveyed stated that the current government “does a better job” than the previous one.

In the “Politbarometer” poll by public broadcaster ZDF, 58 percent of respondents shared the view that the German government “is not doing its job well.”

“Is the government making progress in solving problems?” 83 percent of the participants answered “No” and 14 percent answered “Yes” to the question.

The survey also revealed that Germans are not satisfied with the way the economy is doing. 61% of those surveyed said they believed the economy would worsen. (AA)
