Online visa convenience for Turks who want to go to Germany! Here are the requirements
On the one hand, Germany, which is fighting against ‘unskilled immigrants’ who arrived illegally from Turkey and working for a speedy deportation, on the other hand, is changing the visa system to accommodate “expert, skilled and educated Turks” and other foreigners There are six conditions for an easy visa.
THERE IS A DEFICIT OF EXPERTS IN ALL FIELDS
After the promulgation of the Qualified Immigration Law, the details of the application regulations and the implementation of the system are being worked out. Currently, there is a shortage of approximately 2 million specialized personnel in Germany. This gap continues in almost all fields and it is claimed that by 2030 approximately 7 million specialist qualified personnel will be recruited.
ONLINE VISA PERIOD
An online application system will be introduced to expedite visa applications for qualified personnel of foreign origin. Interior Minister Nancy Faeser spoke on the subject during her visit to the Foreign Office in Brandenburg.
Minister Feaser affirmed that the necessary work for digitization has begun and that the necessary preparations are being made so that the system can issue visas more quickly.
POINTS FOR THE CHANCE CARD
Qualified, educated, university graduates or experts in a field will accumulate points with the Chance Card and will be able to obtain a visa when they meet the following conditions;
1) SUITABLE PLACE OF WORK: Turkish citizens need to find a suitable workplace for their profession in Germany. Even if you came as a tourist, you will be able to apply for and obtain a residence permit when you find a suitable job.
2) WORK EXPERIENCE AND DIPLOMA: Having experience, for example, in the installation of heating or in the health sector, means that a Turkish citizen has an additional opportunity. Having a professional training in this field will be an extra point. In other words, vocational education graduates will be one point further ahead by going to Germany.
3) LANGUAGE ABILITY: For the visa, a certain level of knowledge of German will be required. Currently, this is applied as B2 in doctors. But for other intermediate qualified personnel, the A2 level of German will suffice. There will be no hard conditions for the equivalence of the diploma.
4) AGE AND PROFESSION: Preferably they will be taken up to 45 years of age. However, since there is a certain point system, those who get 6 or 7 points out of 10 can easily get a visa and start the job they have arranged.
5) TO BE RELATED IN GERMANY: If a Turk has a relative in Germany and proves that he can adapt there, it will be plus 1 point for an easy work visa.
6) SCORING SYSTEM: There is a specific score for each skill. For example, one point for language and age, and two points for professional training and experience. If the person is a college graduate and has experience, this will be extra points.
