In the report, which stated that if Russia stopped funding Wagner, Belarus could intervene: “If the Russian state stops paying Wagner, the second most reasonable option is the Belarusian authorities. However, this great power (Wagner) will place a significant and potentially undesirable burden on Belarus’s modest resources.
