Ukraine: Russia attacked Zaporizhia again

Ukrainian President Zelenskiy stated that the city of Zaporozhye is exposed to Russian attacks every day in his post on the Telegram channel.

Noting that Russia also launched an attack on Zaporozhye today (Thursday, August 10), Zelenskiy said:

“As a result of the attack, a fire broke out in a civilian building. 1 person died. Sorry for your loss. There are also wounded. The relevant service personnel continue the necessary work on the scene and save people. Each of our soldiers who destroyed the invaders also brings justice and revenge closer to Ukraine. Ukraine will remain at your feet. Russian terrorism is inevitably losing.”

Ukraine’s Interior Minister Igor Klimenko also claimed that a woman was killed in the attack and 9 people were injured, one seriously.

Ukraine had announced that it had attacked the Russian city of Zaporozhye the day before, and 3 people were killed and 9 wounded in the attack. (AA)
