Another sanction against Russia
Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said in a statement that the Australian administration has imposed sanctions on 35 Russian entities in the defense, technology and energy sectors.
Wong also stated that 10 people, including senior Russian officials and senior Belarusian military, were placed on the sanctions list.

Russian Deputy Prime Ministers Andrey Belousov and Dmitri Chernyshenko were also placed on the sanctions list.
Minister Wong said the sanctions were implemented in coordination with Australia’s international partners to have maximum impact on individuals and organizations that directly or indirectly support Russia’s “illegal occupation” of Ukraine.
“We again call on Russia to withdraw from Ukraine immediately and on Belarus to stop supporting this senseless war,” Wong said. he used the phrase.
