96 percent of employees prefer hybrid work… It’s good for mental health

According to Forbes news, experts from the company called “FlexJobs”, which provides online job opportunities, conducted a survey to examine staff approach to remote work.

96 percent of the 5,600 people who took part in the survey preferred to work in the office as they believe it is good for their mental health.

While 47 percent of the 96 percent who want to work at hybrids prefer to work remotely, 49 percent want to work both from the office and remotely.

Only 4 percent of the participants preferred to work alone in the office. Expressing that working remotely in different settings has a positive effect on their mental health, 30 percent of the participants stated that they believe that working remotely has a positive effect on their careers.

By measuring productivity levels by looking at where and when employees complete their work, the experts concluded that remote and hybrid work is more efficient.

Experts, on the other hand, have found that the greatest benefit to human health is reduced stress levels.

In the survey, the commute process between commute and commute was found to be stressful for 87 percent of employees. (AA)
