Yamina, who briefed the court in Mombasa, said they are awaiting the autopsy report on whether Buyuka died due to a hunger strike or complications from starvation.

In the investigation in which cult leader Paul Mackenzie was charged with terrorism, police officials announced that the number of bodies found during the search for mass graves had risen to 337.
