Yevgeniy Prigojin, the founder of the Russian mercenary group Wagner, said in a statement to local media that military officials planted documents containing lies in front of Putin.

Prigojin said that Russia needs a new mobilization, saying: “There are very serious losses, including dead and wounded. The number of soldiers in the troops decreased. Previously, 100 soldiers served in one unit, now about 60 soldiers are on duty. Since the number of personnel is low, the number of deaths is also high.
