12 YEARS 7 MONTHS PRISON

Judge Jackson sentenced Rodriguez to 12 years and 7 months in prison for his role in the raid.

Former police officer Fanone said what he experienced the day of the raid cost him his career, and that he has also become a target of supporters of former President Donald Trump.

Fanone left the courtroom when it was Rodriguez’s turn to talk.

Rodriguez, who has already been in prison for two years, pleaded guilty to charges of “conspiracy, assault with a dangerous weapon, and obstruction of official progress” at his court hearing in February.
